We take pride in our very well equipped kitchens. We are sure our kitchens will surprise you, with all dishes, utensils, drinkware, mixers, blenders, toasters, crock pots, baking pans, casserole dishes, quality pots/pans, knife sets, mixing bowls, and more!
We do not monitor spices and oils in the homes as they vary. All houses have a basic spice set and then an area where guests leave spices and cooking basics to share with other guests, but we do not track those items. If you have specific spices or oils you need, we recommend bringing them with you or checking out the house and then shopping for them locally at one of the grocery stores in Sunriver.

SUNRIVER, OREGON QUESTIONS
Yes! Our homes offer SHARC passes which provide guests access to the Sunriver marina boat launch.
VIEW WATER AND SKI EQUIPMENT RENTAL INFO
All of our Sunriver properties offer bikes for guest use during the Spring, Summer, and Fall Seasons. The bikes are locked during the Winter due to liability issues and concern for the safety of our guests. The winters are unpredictable in Sunriver when we cannot foresee snow and guests cannot always see icy paths. (Of note, our seasonal bike availability mirrors the rental season at The Village for bike rentals, which are also not available in winter.)
There are no open flames, such as fireworks and fire pits, allowed within Sunriver.
The Sunriver Marina is very convenient for drop in float trips. The Sunriver Resort Boathouse rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, rafts and paddle boards onsite. Rentals include parking, life vests, and shuttle service. (A shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes.)
The community or town of Sunriver is known as "Sunriver Resort" as it is considered a resort town, however there is also a company "Sunriver Resort". While our properties are in Sunriver, Oregon, they are not associated with this company. As part of the town of Sunriver, we enjoy the advantages as members of the SROA which include offering our guests SHARC passes in all of our homes for the water park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, disc golf courses, and boat launch for more water fun like river floats. We also offer bikes to enjoy Sunriver’s 35+ paved bike paths! We are a small family owned business in Sunriver however, which allows us the opportunity to offer a more personal experience with our guests and unique luxury Sunriver properties.
Bend is conveniently only about 20 minutes away.
Mt. Bachelor is a short 30 minutes drive.

The summer peak season typically runs from June to Labor Day. Bookings are available for our summer seasons beginning June 1st of the prior year. Black Bear Lodge offers Saturday-Saturday 7-night stays during the summer peak season.
Cancellation and Refund Policy For all Sunriver reservations (Deschutes County), BPVR has a 60 day cancellation deadline on all Off-Peak & Ski-Season reservations and a 90 day cancellation deadline on all Peak Season reservations [Peak: Holiday/Summer Seasons (time periods defined below)]. All cancellations must be submitted in writing*. All changes to reservations must also be completed in writing* to BPVR before 60 days prior to arrival for Off-Peak/Ski Seasons and before 90 days prior to arrival for Peak Seasons. Guests who cancel on or after the cancellation deadline date are responsible for the full payment of the reservation.

We have no complaints about this rental at all. It far exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, all appliances in good condition, everything was great! Enough space for different familys to share and still have their own space, supplys in the kitchen, games for family. We have rented many, many houses in sunriver thru the past 12 years and this is the first time the house was completely clean. Its hard to keep such a big house clean and with a short turn around for check-in/check-out. but there was not one concern! No dust in the corners, no fingerprints left, no dirty dishes. Everything was immaculate.

The overall experience was phenomenal! This trip was the first time ever getting all of my wife's siblings together. The house was exactly what we were looking for. With each bedroom having their own bathroom it made it so much easier to get ready in the mornings and not have folks waiting around.
We loved having the SHARC passes and the bikes. The hot tub was used multiple times a day, even with the snow and rain.
I honestly can say I don't think at anytime anyone said the house was missing anything! The kitchen table is huge! House is spacious and well laid out.
Hopefully we can find time again to get down to Sunriver again and if we do Woods & Irons will be our first choice!

For an extended family or two looking for a memorable vacation experience with young children, these large Sunriver homes are a perfect solution. There's so much to do, both inside the house and outside in the Sunriver community. The homes are comfortable, well-designed with master suites for all adults and a bunk room for kids, well-stocked with everything a large group could possibly need for entertainment and at mealtime. Couldn't ask for more!
As in all the BluePacific houses we've stayed in, you really anticipate the needs of large groups -- in terms of entertainment, cooking and sleeping arrangements, extraordinarily well. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked, Best I've ever seen in a vacation home! When there's even a microplane to remove the zest of lemons and limes, you know the kitchen is well-stocked.
Beds are comfortable, there's so much to do (shuffleboard, games, puzzles, etc.) when it's too hot to be outside, and materials/finishes (flooring, furniture fabrics, etc.) are pretty indestructable so you don't worry about young kids sticky fingers/spilling/etc.
