While stairs are available, The Village at North Pointe does have elevator access for upper floors. The condo does not have stairs on the interior.
Reflections by the Sea is typically rented as a 4-guest 2-bedroom property. Guests have the option to upgrade to a 6-guest 3-bedroom stay per the 3-bedroom seasonal nightly rate. The option to add the 3rd bedroom to a reservation (or to receive a quote) on the booking screen when selecting "Click to Book Now". The 3rd bedroom is offered at the seasonal nightly rate for the reservation nights booked plus an additional $35.00/night, (+taxes and fees). [The 3rd bedroom can only be added for the entire stay and not individual nights. Additional $10.00 cleaning fee will be automatically added to the reservation labeled a "Delivery Fee".]
Guests may also call or request a quote online prior to proceeding with their booking and a Blue Pacific reservation specialist will reach out to them to update the reservation prior to processing payment. If you are unsure and would like to add the 3rd bedroom at a future date, you can do so until the morning prior to your scheduled check-in time. Yes, the additional complex amenities provided by The Village at North Pointe are open and available for guest use, located at the front entry of the complex. These amenities are maintained and controlled by The Village at North Pointe HOA. We take pride in our very well equipped kitchens and most feature mixers, blenders, toasters, crock pots, baking pans, casserole dishes, quality pots/pans, knife sets, mixing bowls, etc. We do not monitor spices and oils in the units as they vary, so for specific spice needs we recommend bringing them or shopping locally at one of the grocery stores in Depoe Bay or Lincoln City. Oregon Coast Common Questions
Small, controlled fires, 2’ by 2’ are allowed on the beach. Please be mindful and keep fires away from beach grass and driftwood. Extinguish your fire completely with water when you are done; buried fires can remain hot for several hours.
Anywhere on Lincoln City’s seven miles of beach, from Road’s End to Cutler City. Floats are hidden above the high tide line and below the beach embankment, during daylight hours only and every day, rain or shine. There are approximately 60 floats hidden per week, and on certain weekends and holidays. Finders Keepers is celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2019, find special drops every 20th of the month.
Roads End – Some of the best tidepools are near Roads End State Park, a corner of the coast that offers a gorgeous display of intertidal life. From the park, walk a quarter mile north along the beach. This area is mostly flat with stunning views of northern headlands—Cascade Head and The Thumb.
NW 15th Street – The most accessible tidepool location in Lincoln City is at the 15th Street beach access. These tidepools are located at the ocean edge, a straight shot from the beach access. There is ample street parking as well as a public parking lot nearby. Parking on the beach within a permitted area is allowed—just keep an eye on ocean conditions before driving down.
Forgarty Creek Beach - This state park is one oddball beach, especially on the northern cove end. Some bizarre caves and striking, ancient skeletons embedded in the rocks abound here. Some tide pools can be found at certain conditions.

This condo is ocean front with a spectacular Ocean view. We love to sit on the deck and watch for whales. Decore is lovely. furniture is very comfortable. TV in both bedrooms and living room. We love this kitchen which is fully stocked with dishes, silvewhare. Pots and pans a large microwave oven and stove. Lovely dishes and silverware, wine glasses, glasses. Dishwasher is easy to use. Bathrooms are very nice and very clean.The fireplace is a nice touch. The master bedroom is ocean front. I love listening to the waves as I go to sleep. There are books and games and puzzles. The sunsets are spectacular.
