What is the name of the complex?

Does the complex offer elevator access?

While stairs are available, Pacific Winds Condominiums does have elevator access for upper floors. The condo does not have stairs on the interior.

Is the private hot tub available for my stay?

Yes, Pacific Life offers a private hot tub available year-round for our guest use and it is serviced and sanitized between each guest stay.

Are the pool, clubhouse, and fitness centers open for guest use?

Yes, the additional complex amenities provided by Pacific Winds Condominiums are open and available for guest use. These amenities are maintained and controlled by the Pacific Winds HOA. Access code information is provided in the check-in details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message .

Where is the nearest beach access?

While Pacific Life features gorgeous oceanfront views from the condo, Pacific Winds Condominiums is located about 1.5 blocks to the nearest beach access point:

Can you tell me about your “well-equipped” kitchen?

We take pride in our very well equipped kitchens and most feature mixers, blenders, toasters, crock pots, baking pans, casserole dishes, quality pots/pans, knife sets, mixing bowls, etc. We do not monitor spices and oils in the units as they vary, so for specific spice needs we recommend bringing them or shopping locally at one of the grocery stores in Lincoln City. We are sure our kitchens will surprise you!

What type of coffee maker is provided in the property?

Pacific Life features a brewed/drip carafe coffee maker. Provided coffee and filters are at the discretion of each owner and not guaranteed. Should you have a preferred brew, we recommend bringing it with you.

Does this property allow animals/pets?

The Pacific Winds Condominiums HOA has set a strict no animal/pet policy for their complex.

Oregon Coast Common Questions

Can we have a campfire on the beach?

Small, controlled fires, 2’ by 2’ are allowed on the beach. Please be mindful and keep fires away from beach grass and driftwood. Extinguish your fire completely with water when you are done; buried fires can remain hot for several hours.

How do we find the glass floats for Finders Keepers?

Anywhere on Lincoln City’s seven miles of beach, from Road’s End to Cutler City. Floats are hidden above the high tide line and below the beach embankment, during daylight hours only and every day, rain or shine. There are approximately 60 floats hidden per week, and on certain weekends and holidays. Finders Keepers is celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2019, find special drops every 20th of the month.

Where can we view tide pools?

Roads End – Some of the best tidepools are near Roads End State Park, a corner of the coast that offers a gorgeous display of intertidal life. From the park, walk a quarter mile north along the beach. This area is mostly flat with stunning views of northern headlands—Cascade Head and The Thumb.

NW 15th Street – The most accessible tidepool location in Lincoln City is at the 15th Street beach access. These tidepools are located at the ocean edge, a straight shot from the beach access. There is ample street parking as well as a public parking lot nearby. Parking on the beach within a permitted area is allowed—just keep an eye on ocean conditions before driving down.

Forgarty Creek Beach - This state park is one oddball beach, especially on the northern cove end. Some bizarre caves and striking, ancient skeletons embedded in the rocks abound here. Some tide pools can be found at certain conditions.
