Beachside Retreats is a main-level one-story complex with no elevator access needed. The condo does not have stairs on the interior.
Beachside Retreats offers in-complex parking, up to 2 vehicles per property. There is additional street parking available.
Yes, The Perfect Wave offers a private hot tub available year-round for our guest use and it is serviced and sanitized between each guest stay.
Beachside Retreats offers unique on-site beach access directly from the complex. Directly to the southside of The Perfect Wave’s entryway are stairs leading to the beach!
We take pride in our very well equipped kitchens and most feature mixers, blenders, toasters, crock pots, baking pans, casserole dishes, quality pots/pans, knife sets, mixing bowls, etc. We do not monitor spices and oils in the units as they vary, so for specific spice needs we recommend bringing them or shopping locally at one of the grocery stores in Lincoln City. We are sure our kitchens will surprise you!
The Perfect Wave features a brewed/drip carafe coffee maker and Keurig KCup machine. Provided coffee and filters are at the discretion of each owner and not guaranteed. Should you have a preferred brew or K-Cup, we recommend bringing it with you.

Oregon Coast Common Questions
Small, controlled fires, 2’ by 2’ are allowed on the beach. Please be mindful and keep fires away from beach grass and driftwood. Extinguish your fire completely with water when you are done; buried fires can remain hot for several hours.
Anywhere on Lincoln City’s seven miles of beach, from Road’s End to Cutler City. Floats are hidden above the high tide line and below the beach embankment, during daylight hours only and every day, rain or shine. There are approximately 60 floats hidden per week, and on certain weekends and holidays. Finders Keepers is celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2019, find special drops every 20th of the month.
Roads End – Some of the best tidepools are near Roads End State Park, a corner of the coast that offers a gorgeous display of intertidal life. From the park, walk a quarter mile north along the beach. This area is mostly flat with stunning views of northern headlands—Cascade Head and The Thumb.
NW 15th Street – The most accessible tidepool location in Lincoln City is at the 15th Street beach access. These tidepools are located at the ocean edge, a straight shot from the beach access. There is ample street parking as well as a public parking lot nearby. Parking on the beach within a permitted area is allowed—just keep an eye on ocean conditions before driving down.
Forgarty Creek Beach - This state park is one oddball beach, especially on the northern cove end. Some bizarre caves and striking, ancient skeletons embedded in the rocks abound here. Some tide pools can be found at certain conditions.

We loved our stay. The condo was exactly like pictured. Beds were so comfortable too. I loved the views you get from this rental. I also love having the beach access on the property. It was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. This rental was one of our favorites on the Oregon beach. I particularly loved all the windows.

We went in search of a resturant to have a dinner and found that there was not a better view then what we already had so made our meals there with the very well appointed kitchen. Your team was helpful and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our experience with blue pacific vacations. They were great to work with and very accommodating. Every correspondence we had with them was great. We had to switch condos midway through our stay because of availability and they made it so we could get into our new condo early. I would definitely book through them again and I have already recommended them to a friend who is planning a vacation here.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED the Perfect Wave. It's in an amazing location. The view is amazing and the walks on the beach and nighttime fires on the beach are something we will never forget. The condo was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed right down to the kites! We loved sleeping with the door opened and listening to the waves all night. The hot tub was an awesome bonus and we used it every night while looking at the stars and listening to the waves. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Overall, our stay was delightful. The exterior of the building is quite humble but when you walk in it is just beautiful. Wall to wall windows, covered parking, and an amazing hot tub were the high points. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen delightful, and easy access to all areas. Didn't make it to the casino but truly enjoyed our visit. Nice to just walk down the stairs to the beach.
