While stairs are available, The Village at North Pointe does have elevator access for upper floors. The condo does not have stairs on the interior.
Surf Song is typically rented as a 4-guest 2-bedroom property. Guests have the option to upgrade to a 6-guest 3-bedroom stay per the 3-bedroom seasonal nightly rate. The update to the reservation rate will be applied after the booking has been submitted.

Yes, the additional complex amenities provided by The Village at North Pointe are open and available for guest use, located at the front entry of the complex. These amenities are maintained and controlled by The Village at North Pointe HOA. Access code information is provided in the check-in details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message .
While Surf Song features gorgeous oceanfront views from the condo, The Village at North Pointe is located about 3 minutes south of the nearest beach access point at Fogarty Creek Beach and about 20 minutes south of the Lincoln City beaches.

We take pride in our very well equipped kitchens and most feature mixers, blenders, toasters, crock pots, baking pans, casserole dishes, quality pots/pans, knife sets, mixing bowls, etc. We do not monitor spices and oils in the units as they vary, so for specific spice needs we recommend bringing them or shopping locally at one of the grocery stores in Depoe Bay or Lincoln City. We are sure our kitchens will surprise you!

Surf Song features a brewed/drip carafe coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Provided coffee and filters are at the discretion of each owner and not guaranteed. Should you have a preferred brew, we recommend bringing it with you.
The Village at North Pointe offers on-site complex amenities available for guest use including the pool/hot tub, clubhouse, theater, and gym/fitness.
Pool / Hot Tub: The pool and hot tub are open year-round and available for guest use. The pool is heated and is typically 85 degrees. The spa/hot tub is typically 103 degrees.
Clubhouse: The clubhouse offers a comfortable seating area, free wi-fi, a selection of puzzles, poker tables, and a pool table.
Theater: The theater is on a first-come first-serve basis and guests can bring their own DVDs to watch. The HOA has started a collection of DVDs as well on a bookshelf in the theater as well.

Oregon Coast Common Questions
Small, controlled fires, 2’ by 2’ are allowed on the beach. Please be mindful and keep fires away from beach grass and driftwood. Extinguish your fire completely with water when you are done; buried fires can remain hot for several hours.
Anywhere on Lincoln City’s seven miles of beach, from Road’s End to Cutler City. Floats are hidden above the high tide line and below the beach embankment, during daylight hours only and every day, rain or shine. There are approximately 60 floats hidden per week, and on certain weekends and holidays. Finders Keepers is celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2019, find special drops every 20th of the month.
Roads End – Some of the best tidepools are near Roads End State Park, a corner of the coast that offers a gorgeous display of intertidal life. From the park, walk a quarter mile north along the beach. This area is mostly flat with stunning views of northern headlands—Cascade Head and The Thumb.
NW 15th Street – The most accessible tidepool location in Lincoln City is at the 15th Street beach access. These tidepools are located at the ocean edge, a straight shot from the beach access. There is ample street parking as well as a public parking lot nearby. Parking on the beach within a permitted area is allowed—just keep an eye on ocean conditions before driving down.

Surf Song is a wonderful place to stay. It has wonderful views of the sea. It was very quiet, unlike a motel on the beach. If you want a great relaxing vacation I would highly suggest Surf Song. The beds were excellent. Nice and comfy. You can easily walk to Depoe Bay to gift shop and eat. The club house was very clean and we enjoyed the inside pool. If you are looking for beach access this is not for you. The state park north of here has a excellent beach. I think iit is so nice at Surf Song is because you dont have a beach in front of you with people.

Wonderful stay in our unit. Brought elderly parents and they loved the views, comfort, access to the pool and hot tub. Very comfortable and private for two couples. Updated, clean and bright. Full kitchen with all of the small appliances, dishes, pots and pans you could want in a vacation home. Bedrooms and baths were excellent. The view of the ocean was wonderful. No need to purchase a whale watching trip. The whales swim by several times a day and very close to the shoreline.
