Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was awesome! Friendly welcoming and they made sure you knew they were there if you needed them. GREAT customer service! Blue Pacific was on top of responding right away and making sure I had all of the info needed for my trip. Everything was just as stated and we knew exactly what would be there and packed accordingly. I would absolutely rent from them again!

We really enjoyed our time at Coastal Treasure. The place suited our needs 100% and I was very pleased to know we got just what was advertised! The posting for the property was 100% accurate and had all the basic necessities just like it said it would. Everything was clean and welcoming. Very nice condo and very comfortable bedding and furniture! The showers are AMAZING!!

Very helpful. This was our first time staying and there is a certain amount of angst when using a property for the first time. The staff and literature made the process easy and no stress. Great staff!

I absolutely loved where we stayed and we felt comfortable and at home. I cannot play up the hot tub enough along with the ocean view. The bed was super comfortable, even better than my own! I also appreciated the abundance of towels both for bathing as well as getting in the hot tub. I am a bit of a clean freak, and I felt completely comfortable that everything was cleaned well upon my arrival. There were cute decorations, functional windows and blinds, a nice looking fireplace, and the decorations just gave the overall impression of a spa-like resort.

Contact was completely sufficient and we prefer it that way. I really enjoyed our stay. Excellent.

Our instructions were so thorough, which was nice. Everything was very easy and detailed instructions were given. We had everything we needed during our stay and the price was right.

Our stay was very relaxing and seamless. I was impressed with the level of detail in the condo as they truly thought of everything we might need. The kitchen was stocked extremely well. We will be staying again! The location was beautiful, quiet, serene, and interiors were nice.

Very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Love the views from the bedroom and living room windows! Big plus that it's on the 1st floor. Two baths very convenient. Nicely decorated and well maintained. Lots of windows to watch for whales and view the sunset. Very light and open.

This was a last minute decision to break away to the beach and we could not have been happier with our stay.

The Ocean Jewel was perfect for the 2 of us. In fact, we didn't want to leave. Felt like we could move in and be happy there. My partner uses a walker due to a progressive illness. Parking right outside the room with no distance or stairs even added to the overall experience of our trip. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise as well. Can't wait to return for another trip.

Everyone in our party had a fantastic time. We all thought the house was perfect for our needs & was in a great location for us. Thank you for keeping the house so clean & nice. No one had a complaint about anything in the house. Well laid out, plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Furniture & beds are comfortable. Location was great.

We love this property so much! It is our second time staying in Black Bear Lodge and we hope we will be able to stay there again. It is absolutely wonderful! This home is perfect for our family of 15! All adult couples had lovely bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and there was a perfect area for the younger kids, complete with bunkroom and their own gathering place. The kitchen is outstanding! With our crowd of 15 we used plenty of dishes. There were ample dishes and glasses for everyone, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee pots plus a Keurig coffee maker, 2 stoves. Several people could be in the kitchen at the same time and not get in each other's way. But I have to comment on the bedrooms! The were large and very comfortable, and the beds were extraordinarily wonderful! All the guests commented on the comfort of the beds and the wonderful bed linens! I honestly cannot think of a thing that would have made our vacation experience better!

Absolutely had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Spectacular view. The kitchen was FULLY stocked making cooking here a joy.
