- Visa and Mastercard accepted.
- Two night minimum is required of most rentals, some require a 7-night or longer stay. There is no minimum stay for any stay in the Mate's Quarters. We accept personal checks, company checks, money orders, cashier checks as well as Visa and Mastercard. Check-in 4:00pm, Check-out 11:00am

Cancellation policy is 2-4 weeks depending on season, may be longer for long-term reservations (confirm with management). Cancellations made prior to deadline stated in rental agreement will receive refund of deposit minus 15% service charge.
- A security deposit of $250 is required for daily/weekly rentals and a $500 deposit for long-term (month) stays.
- A credit card is required to hold a reservation. A rental contract will be sent after reservation has been made for guest signature. After the contract has been signed and returned to Blue Pacific, a deposit of $200-$400 (depending on length of stay, longer stays may require a higher deposit) is required either by check or run on the credit card. Balance of stay is due 2-4 weeks prior to arrival, depending on season. Reservations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date must be paid in full at the time of the reservation. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

- Upon final payment you will be sent instructions for check-in. Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals is not and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. A service charge and shipping/packing costs will be charged if you require us to pick-up and mail any items left in the unit you occupied.
- Daily maid service is not included in your reservation, but is available for an additional charge. Please contact Blue Pacific ahead of time to make arrangements.
- We take pride in keeping our units clean and in working order, however, we cannot be held responsible for the breakdown or failure of equipment. Please contact us immediately if you encounter a problem.
- The current local lodging tax is applied for daily and weekly rentals. All taxes, rates and fees are subject to change.
- Each of our units has an occupancy limit. These limits are strictly adhered to. Please be sure to confirm the specific limit of the unit you have chosen so that there is room for you and your guests.
- No pets are allowed in our units. We are sorry but we cannot make any exceptions.
- Each of our units is privately owned, therefore the decor, specific amenities and look of each will differ accordingly. Each unit is furnished with appropriate linens, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Please do not remove any items from the unit, or take any furnishings outside. Outside furniture will be provided if appropriate. You will find an initial supply of soap, paper products, shampoo and lotion to get you started.
- You must be at least 25 years of age to rent from Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals.
- Each of our units is non-smoking. No exceptions.
- We ask each of our guests to comply with the rules as outlined above. If you fail to adhere to these rules there will be a forfeiture of your security deposit.
